My name is Holly and my husband and I have a senior in highschool. College was just around the corner and so were all the bills related to college. At the same time our monthly mortgage payment on our home was set to increase by $3000, and again that’s per month. I began several months in advance trying to refi, first with a bank I had luck with once before with a vacation home we owned. But no luck this time. After endless weeks of paper work faxed back and forth, digging for documents asked by the bank to be updated over and over again, numerous credit score pulls (bringing down our credit score) because too many weeks had past since their last check on us so in order to continue going forward with this bank they said they had to pull it again and again. In the end their answer to us was a big, Sorry but NO. I then went to our present mortgage company. Begged them not to pull our credit score but to just tell me if the numbers would work based on what info I could give them. They said I needed to pay $800 for an appraisal even though I had one only weeks before via the previous bank. I could not afford that. Days passed, numerous phone calls passed, and finally a supervisor took pity on me, said he understood my concern on pulling the score and paying for yet another appraisal, checked the numbers based on all the info I had given the previous bank and once again, said it’s a no go. At this point I was in tears. I tried one more bank, one I had been banking with for 25 years, but to no avail. Discouraged and in fear of losing out home, God led me to the right time and place to encounter a friend of mine at a party who had just purchased a home. In casual conversation she mentioned how difficult it was for her family to purchase their new home in another state because of two reasons, 1 -she had not sold her present home and 2- her husband had not been at his new job for 1 year yet. But she said she found a woman who could work miracles. I was happy to take her contact info and that week I reached out to her-Jessie Price. Wow what a different experience from the onset. She acted as if I was her number one priority at all times. If she ran into a road block she would think of a different approach and run with it. She was a bulldog with a bone, yet she has a sweet spirit and kind heart. She worked tirelessly for and with me. I actually called her once and heard some unusual sounds on her side of the phone only to discover she was at the top of a mountain about to do a ski run, but saw I was calling and ANSWERED HER PHONE!! Who does that?! Well Jessie Price does, that’s who. So the end of this very long story is that Jessie and only Jessie secured us a loan not only for our mortgage but also wrap our home equity line into it and all at a monthly payment we could actually afford and still be able to eat daily. Ha ha but true. I have referred numerous people to Jessie since my experience with her and everyone speaks so highly of her. She will always have a special place in my heart for truly saving my family’s home.
